i had a really good stay. the staff are excellent. matilda and saha at reception were so helpful. i really appreciated their nice attitude. the area its nice and quiet on weekends.
the room need little improvements. the tv was very old. i could barely use the remote. it also didn't have netflix or youtube installed.

the hotel provides functional amenities. a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes it's on site. the outdoor pool include twenty loungers and a dedicated shaded section, ensuring convenience and comfort.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby amenities.
The room i received was not up to par. There were stains on the carpet, and the furniture looked worn. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently, made sleeping difficult. the breakfast selection was not very diverse, so i was left wanting more.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The selection was extensive, and the food was consistently fresh. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room had very calm vibes and felt clean, allowing me to have a relaxed stay.
The gym was a bit smaller than i thought.

My executive room came with access to the lounge for two hours daily. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed a fine meal at the Certo restaurant. The reception manager, Vaqash, was helpful. I also found that checking in was seamless. The valet parking worked well. I felt really satisfied with my stay. The team was always ready to assist me, and nothing seemed too much to ask of them.
The air conditioning system made a bit of noise during the night.

the front desk staff was very helpful. the hotel is very close to my sister's place. it took only a minute walk to reach her dorms. breakfast had many choices.
the air conditioning was bad. it had no heat option. i could not adjust the unit on the wall. i was very cold throughout the night.
